Privacy Policy

This policy describes how ImageRenew at imagerenew.cc handles information when you use its English-language photo enhancement service. For privacy questions, contact yinyp729@gmail.com.

1. Information we process

2. How information is used

We use this information to authenticate users, process uploaded images, return results, manage credits and orders, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, respond to support requests and assess service quality. Google identity information is used for account authentication and connection, not to access your other Google services.

3. Cloud processing and service providers

Uploaded images leave your device and are sent to our server and configured cloud image-processing service. Hosting and GPU processing providers may process image data and technical information to deliver the service. Google handles Google authentication, and Stripe handles English-version checkout and payment processing. These providers also have their own privacy policies.

Information may be processed outside your country. Do not upload confidential documents, highly sensitive images or images you do not have permission to process. This policy does not promise that every cloud provider has the same retention period as ImageRenew.

We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to investigate fraud, protect the service or resolve a payment dispute.

4. Retention

On the ImageRenew application server, input image files are removed after a processing attempt finishes. Task files are scheduled for cleanup after the configured result window, currently 24 hours from submission. Results may expire sooner if processing fails; download successful results promptly. Cleanup depends on the service running, so deletion is not guaranteed at an exact second.

Task metadata is retained for up to 90 days in the application database. Account information, Google account connections, credit ledgers and order records are separate from image files and are retained to operate accounts, reconcile payments and handle security or support issues. The 24-hour image window does not apply to those records, provider records or any separately retained infrastructure logs or backups.

5. Cookies and browser storage

We use essential cookies for sign-in sessions, temporary Google sign-in verification and anonymous trial identification. Browser storage also helps recover tasks and confirm checkout. Blocking or clearing these can interrupt sign-in, trial access or result recovery. This policy does not authorize advertising tracking; any future advertising or analytics tracking requires separate review and updated disclosures.

6. Your choices and requests

You can use the available anonymous trial without Google sign-in, use email sign-in instead, or sign out. To request access, correction, deletion of your account or removal of its Google connection, email yinyp729@gmail.com from your account email. Include relevant task or order identifiers, but never send a password, card number or authentication secret. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

There is currently no self-service account deletion button. Requests are handled through support. Some transaction or security records may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations or resolve disputes. Deleting an account does not itself initiate a refund. You can also manage third-party connections in your Google Account settings.

7. Security and changes

We use safeguards such as HTTPS, password hashing and protected session cookies. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the service changes; the date above identifies the latest version.
