These terms apply to the English-language ImageRenew service at imagerenew.cc. By using it, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy. Questions can be sent to yinyp729@gmail.com.

1. Photo enhancement and its limitations

ImageRenew uses AI to enhance and enlarge uploaded images. Results vary with the source image. AI cannot recover the exact original pixels that have been lost and may reconstruct faces, text and fine details inaccurately. Compare results carefully. Do not treat enhanced images as reliable evidence, identity verification or an exact historical record.

Output sizes, file limits and available scales are shown in the interface. Processing is subject to capacity, technical limits and occasional interruptions. We do not guarantee a particular visual result or uninterrupted availability.

2. Your images and permitted use

Upload only images you own or have permission to process, including any necessary permissions from people pictured. Saving an image from Instagram or another platform does not automatically give you the right to reuse it. You remain responsible for copyright, privacy and other applicable rights.

You retain your rights in uploaded images. You permit ImageRenew and its processing providers to handle those images as needed to provide the requested service. Enhancement does not grant rights to third-party content or guarantee copyright protection for generated output.

Do not submit illegal content, exploitative images, non-consensual intimate imagery or content intended for fraud or impersonation. Do not bypass limits, automate abusive requests, compromise accounts or interfere with the service. We may restrict access to prevent abuse.

3. Accounts and sign-in

Keep your account credentials secure and provide an email you control. Google sign-in is optional. Connecting Google to an existing password account requires the same email address; separate accounts are not automatically merged. Contact support if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

4. Trials, credits and payment

Free trials are subject to browser, IP, daily and capacity limits and may change. Purchased credits are associated with your ImageRenew account and are not money or a transferable cash balance.

The current English starter package is a one-time purchase of 50 credits for US$2.99, not a recurring subscription. Review the final amount and any applicable taxes shown at checkout before paying. Future price changes do not change the credit quantity promised for a completed order.

Credit usage depends on output pixel count, not just the selected enlargement factor. The current cost is 1 credit for output up to 8 megapixels, 2 credits up to 32 megapixels and 4 credits above that, within supported limits. The interface shows the estimated cost before submission. Therefore, 50 credits do not necessarily mean 50 images.

Credits are reserved while a task is processed and charged on successful completion. Failed processing tasks release the reserved credits. Payment confirmation can be delayed; do not purchase again solely because the balance has not updated.

5. Payment issues and refund requests

For a duplicate charge, missing credits, a service problem or a refund request, contact yinyp729@gmail.com with your account email and order identifier. Refund requests are reviewed through support, taking account of the purchase, usage and applicable consumer rights. We do not promise an automatic refund merely because AI output differs from your expectations. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable law.

6. Downloads and data

Download your results promptly. The current result window is 24 hours from submission; ImageRenew is not a permanent photo archive. Keep your own original files and backups. Cloud processing, retention and account-data requests are described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Service changes and contact

Features and operational limits may change. If a service or account restriction prevents use of a paid balance, contact support so we can review the situation. These terms do not exclude any liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. The latest version and its update date are published on this page.
